Due to limited seating on the bus guests will be on a first paid, first guaranteed basis

Once all the open seats are paid then additional guests will be on a waiting list. There will NOT be a second bus.

A form has been passed out during week 3 of bowling to see who is going on the bus trip, who is going to the clambake and who are bringing guests. Guests to the clambake are unlimited. Guests on the bus trip are limited by the amount of league members who are going on the trip. Guest money and second event money will be collected from week 3 through week 6. All guest money and second event money must be paid in full by June 30, no exceptions.

If a league member wishes to do both events and space is available, the league will pay for one event and the bowler must pay full price for the second event. If you are having someone go in your place I must know who is going and the bowler giving their ticket DOES NOT get a rebate.

Any bowler who doesn't do either event will receive a rebate. The amount of the rebate will be determined by the league treasury at the end of the season.
