If you are having a problem viewing the pictures, and are using Internet Explorer. Under Tools, Internet Options, Advanced. In the multimedia section be sure Show Pictures is checked, and be sure Show Image Download Placeholders is not checked . Restart Internet Explorer then you should be able to see the pictures. I am not sure how to do this for AOL subscribers because they use a proprietary system, contact their tech support.
